According to our Terms and Conditions, if there is a tax obligation when paying for your license, you will have to pay all the taxes.
If the client is from a country other than the country from which Time Analytics is selling its licenses (Host Country), you may have to pay a withholding tax.
However, if the Host country has a contract with your country to avoid double taxation, you can avoid the withholding tax, or pay the tax with a benefited tax rate.
If your accountant or tax administrator requires proof of Time Analytics’ tax residency, contact us via email and we will send you the tax residency certificate.
