A. Will you be automatically charged once the trial period is over?
No. Time Analytics doesn’t require any credit card information to activate the trial period. You will be charged only when you decide on a plan and purchase kit.
B. What happens after the trial expires and you haven’t chosen a plan?
You will receive another 14 days of service for free once the initial trial expires. After this period you will have to purchase a plan if you want to keep using the platform.
C. How can you calculate the cost of the license?
Time Analytics charges per active employee. That is to say, there aren’t any other fees. So, you can calculate the cost by multiplying the price of the plan you want by the number of active users.
D. What is the policy on counting users?
Time Analytics only charges for the team active members. You can enable/disable the users in the Team section. Once a team member is disabled all their information thus far remains available but they are not charged for.
E. How are monthly and annual plans different?
You will receive an invoice once each payment period. In other words, you will be paying once a month if you choose a monthly plan. On the other hand, if you choose a yearly plan, you will receive a single invoice that year.
